Today marks a thrilling milestone in our journey. We're not just turning a page; we're writing an entirely new book. Talkspirit and Holaspirit are joining forces under a unique brand with the launch of our new website, and I'm buzzing with excitement to share this transformation with you.

The Dawn of a New Era

Our journey began 20 years ago when I co-founded Talkspirit together with Olivier Ricard, driven by a shared vision to revolutionize workplace communication. As we grew and evolved, we saw an opportunity to address another critical aspect of organizational success, in relation to new ways of working. This led to the creation of Holaspirit in 2015, a platform designed to promote clear role definition and agility within organizations. Throughout this journey, Olivier's technical expertise as CTO has been instrumental in translating our vision into robust, user-friendly platforms. Our long-standing partnership and complementary skills have been the cornerstone of our success, allowing us to continuously innovate and adapt to the changing needs of modern workplaces. 

For years, Talkspirit and Holaspirit have shared a common mission: enabling organizations to work more effectively and foster agility to unlock their full potential. In time, as the needs of organizations have grown more complex, we recognized that continuing to develop two separate platforms was limiting. This is why today we start merging our expertise under one unique brand: Talkspirit. 

Going forward we are streamlining our existing Talkspirit and Holaspirit offerings into a modular platform that better adapts to the specific needs of organizations and seamlessly integrates with existing IT infrastructures. Our aim is to enable organizations to leverage their collective intelligence in face of complexity and uncertainty, creating workplaces that inspire innovation and drive meaningful change in the world. This transformation isn’t just about optimizing our product portfolio—it’s about amplifying our impact.

Today, with the launch of our unique brand Talkspirit through our new website, we're starting to fuse the power of Talkspirit and Holaspirit to create something truly revolutionary - a modular tech platform that ignites the potential within every organization, every team and every individual. A platform that simplifies collaboration, streamlines communication and optimizes governance for more efficient teamwork. 

Building on our two decades of expertise, we are embarking on a mission to build the preferred operating system for organizations that place their purpose at the heart of their operations. These organizations don’t just strive for profit; they are committed to making a positive and meaningful impact in the world, whether that’s through sustainability, social equity, or by fostering innovation.

By building an operating system we mean more than software. We mean an adaptive suite of tools and services that integrates with and supports every organization's core work processes, practices, and principles, in alignment with its purpose.

As we unfold this new chapter of our existence this year, the Holaspirit brand will gradually fade into the background, making way eventually for a converged product and customer services that combine the collaborative power of Talkspirit with the shared governance expertise of Holaspirit. It isn't just a merger we are kicking off today; it's a true metamorphosis.

While developing our platform is at the heart of our evolution, we know that tools alone are not enough in enabling successful organizational transformations. That’s why we’re building an ecosystem of services and strategic partnerships.
