Having good, healthy work relationships is the cornerstone of a successful business. When you're making those healthy work relationships, you'll be fostering a workplace environment where everyone feels heard and validated. When that happens, you're going to see better productivity overall.

On a similar note, as a business owner you need to be aware of your employees' overall needs when they're working for you. If they're not at their best in the workplace, then they can't do their best for the business. As such, you need to find ways to improve this while they're working. 

A good way of improving wellbeing is improving communication. Being able to communicate with team members is essential, as that helps each member feel valued and involved.
